The bottom line.  As a realtor or seller you have the goal of selling as quickly and for as much as possible.  Just cleaning up and looking good is like getting ready for work.  But on your wedding you take it one step further.  When selling the listing, it should be the same way.  Even when selling or trading your car you may have it detailed instead of the regular gas station car wash.   Finding a good stager will help you have an unbiased eye to what will help you sell your house or listing more quickly.  In the realm of do-it-yourselfers, we often skip the professional.  Only to find out we made a critical error.
