Home Staging and HGTV HGTV over the past few years has taken the airwaves by storm with shows about staging. Here, with the production "Sleep On It" they offer a different twist. The potential buyers narrow it down to their favorite properties. We were privileged enough to be asked to participate by staging the homes for the production and provide the necessities for the Sleep On It family. This was both a great opportunity and alot of fun. This is a condo loft in St. Paul that they were looking at. We staged this condo in the hopes that they would choose THIS one over the other potential property. |

Success!!! Buying a home is always a big decision...but after a very short deliberation this condo loft is SOLD Getting to hang out wtih the crew and see and hear the family as they went through the thought process of what they liked and didn't like was very "enlightening" It gives a unique perspective to all the things that todays buyer is looking at and looking for. As it turns out, Our staging helped them make the final decision. They found that this could be a great space for entertaining and still living comfortably. |
