I wanted to thank you and your associates for the incredible job you did staging my house.  I didn't want to count my chickens, but the house has finally sold and we closed last week - May 16!.

The staging and your other recommendations (fixing the kitchen, etc) were right on, and I have no doubt your efforts led to the sale of my somewhat imperfect house.  The staging showed how good it could actually look with a little design sense and care.

What can I say, except “Thank you.”

You came to my rescue in the nick of time at the last hour of remodeling our spec home, a project we had entered into the Remodelers’ Showcase. The house turned out beautiful and we were thrilled with the result; however, it still felt cold and unfinished even with the rich wood floors and warmly colored walls. With only days left before the Showcase, I found your website and called right away. I appreciated your sense of calm and assurance that you could provide exactly what it needed.

While I acknowledge that it was a difficult decision to stage an empty house, having now seen the results it was most definitely the RIGHT ONE! I would do it again without any hesitation. Nearly every single person (realtors and clients alike) that walked through commented on just how “warm” and “rich” it felt, and complimented the décor! It was tastefully done, making our house a “home.”

The Showcase was a great success and Dominion Builders was able to secure a good number of quality remodel jobs from that experience. I have no doubt that the staging had much to do with how the project was received by prospective clients. We were so pleased that we continued to stage it until it sold. I’m convinced that had I not had it staged, especially in today’s market, it would have taken much longer to sell.
